Refund policy

We want you to love your CoolBreeze. If you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, contact us at hello@coolbreezeco.com with your order number. Once approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
